Ağış, who brought to life her own fashion brand named LUG VON SIGA in 2010, received great acclaim in 2012 with her collection titled "My Tears Are My Witness", in which she dealt with the subject of customs. Invited to Mercedes-Benz Fashion Days Zurich in 2015 with its spring/summer collection, Ağış also attended Madrid Fashion Week with its autumn/winter collection in the same year. Ağış, who successfully combines the inspirations of the people her inspired in the collections her has prepared so far, and the motifs of Istanbul; Frida Kahlo also brought the collections of Agatha Cristie and Simone de Beavoir to Istanbul. Ağış was inspired by the city of Kyoto, Japan, at the LUG VON SIGA fashion show held as part of the Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week Istanbul Autumn/Winter 2018 season.
