The orders you have placed are prepared and delivered to the shipping company by us on the same day. International orders will be delivered to your adress within 5-7 working days. Orders across Turkey will be delivered to your adress within 1-3 working days.
Before the "Your order has been delivered to cargo" information is sent to your email, you should inform customer@gizia.com about the order you want to cancel. If your order has been shipped, you can return the products within 30 days after they arrive at your address.

International orders are delivered to your address by FedEx Express or DHL Express. Orders across Turkey will be delivered to your adress by Yurtici Cargo.

Can I change the products?
You can request a change by sending an e-mail to customer@gizia.com within 30 days of receiving the products you have purchased from our site. The products you have purchased from our store can only be exchanged in our stores.
How can I return / Exchange the products I have purchased?
You can request an exchange or refund for the product you have purchased within 30 days from the date of receipt of your order. Before returning, please contact us by sending an e-mail to customer@gizia.com and inform us. We will tell you how to return the product with our reference. When you decide to return a product, please make sure of the following conditions;
• The packaging of the products should not be damaged and the packaging content should be complete and there should be no missing items.
• Products should not be used.
• Products must be complete with their original packaging, including all accessories.
• If the product protection tape that comes with your order is removed or damaged, your return request will not be accepted.
• Under some circumstances, the shipment may get stuck at the customs. In this case, the customer is supposed to pay for customs fees.
• All returned items must be sent either within the same box you received or a similar size of box. Otherwise, your return will not be accepted and not refunded..
